TsNAP is located in the center of the city of Olevsk, where the transport infrastructure is developed. On the territory adjacent to the Center for the provision of administrative services, there is a place for free parking of motor vehicles of the subjects of the appeal. The entrance to the Center is equipped with a ramp for the disabled.
