Ovruch city territorial community
Ovruch city territorial community is a territorial community in the Korosten district of Zhytomyr region with the administrative center in the city of Ovruch.

As of 2019, the area of the territory is 950.26 km², the population is 35,489 people, including:
urban — 15,663 people,
rural — 19,826 people.
It was formed on April 13, 2017 by the merger of the Ovrutsk city and Bondarivsk, Velikofosnyansk, Velikokhaichansk, Velikochernihivsk, Goshivsk, Zarichansk, Kirdanivsk, Nevgodivsk, Norynsk, Pidrudiansk, Pishchanytsk, Pokalivsk, Rakivshchyna, Khlupliansk, Cherepynsk, Sholomkivsk village councils of the Ovrut district.
On December 20, 2019, Levkovytsk and Slobidsk village councils of Ovrutskyi district voluntarily joined.
In accordance with the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 711-r dated June 12, 2020 “On the determination of administrative centers and approval of the territories of territorial communities of Zhytomyr region”, the territories of the Ignatpil and Rudnyan village councils of the Ovrutsky district were included in the composition of the community.
According to the resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine dated June 17, 2020 “On the formation and liquidation of districts”, the community became part of the newly created Korosten district.
